Comcast TVListing

My  TV Listing has been  out for two days Have contacted customer service Many time .They said they are creating a  ticket.

Why is it taking so long to reslove this Problem

The TV listings are working just fine. You most likely have a computer browser problem. Try another browser.

No ticket has been created for you. It will be up to you to fix this issue.

You're probably right, but . . .

 

My experience is that most "tickets" are just another way of getting us off the phone. I suspect that many are actually created, but closed without any action. That would be my guess for the OP. But I have also have had tickets created that Comcast followed through on and resolved the problem I reported to them. Not often, but it does happen.

 

Please don't assert a guess or personal opinion as fact. To do so benefits no one.

I have had dozens of "Tickets" over the years and have NEVER been able to follow up on any of them, ever.

So, for me. it is a fact.

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above.

 

I do see an open ticket on your account for this issue that is being worked by the right teams. The ticket was opened at 9:35am yesterday. The ticket number is  CR434114171.
