Comcast TV show listings

Listings page keeps changing--I get it all set up and Comcast changes page! Now, no matter what I do to set up my page, I get the same listing, starting with channel 191 that I cannot overwrite. Help!

I cannot duplicate this issue.

 

Please make sure that all of the filters are off. On the left hand side of the grid, if any of those filters are highlighted blue, click them again to turn them off.

 

If it is still not working, try deleting your cookies and cache and then try again.

Zip code is 19130, center city Philadelphia. Philadelphian condo with bulk TV package. Now I get listing starting with channel 7 but has few of my channels. You did it! I didn't realize the blue boxes were filters--thought it was just highlighting. Clicked, and lo & behold, my very own listings came back. Hope they hold for awhile. Thanks again for your prompt (and correct) help.
