I'm trying to watch Mad Men http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/watch/Mad-Men/8726812587515001112/22793795805/A-Little-Kiss-Part-1/vide... among other TV shows via the website and I keep getting an error. It did let me watch the latest episode of Modern Family though... not sure why that one was different.  There is no error number, it says: ... not available for viewing with your current chrome configuration.  Then I am taken to this page http://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-access/kb/error-3321.html where I followed all of the instructions, only to find out that was already my setting, there was nothing to change. I have checked this setting over and over, restarted my computer, opened and closed the browser etc... and I keep getting the error. I'm already set up to allow.  Is there something else I can do?  Here is my computer info:

Under Unsandboxed plug-in access, try setting it to Allow all sites to use a plug-in to access my computer and then please try again. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down what is causing this issue.

Thanks,
Joe

Re: Chrome Unsandbox

Hi Joe,

This has been done, but there has been no change to my access; same problem.

Thanks for your time,

Chris

Re: Chrome Unsandbox

This error can be recovered manually by the user by following this procedure:

  • Reset Flash video licenses for Flash Player .

To do this, please click “Reset License Files” on the "Protected Content Playback Settings panel" available here:  http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/se ttings_manager08.html

this worked for me - thanks

Re: Chrome Unsandbox

I'm still stunned that Comcast doesn't have people try this. It fixes most of the playback issues that people run into.

This worked for me too, now if I can just remember it the next time it happens....
