Choppy Video

Hi I am getting really choppy/pixelated video on Xfinity tv website. I have tried using safari, Chrme and firefox and all of them have had the same result. I saw on another forum post that you need this information:

I have found its just the way they encode.  You are better off going to the tv show creater and watch it there as it will play fine.

Completely uninstall Silverlight from your computer. Then download and install Silverlight from the appropriate link below:

 

Mac users 

 

This is a patched version that fixes most video playback issues and gets you out of the "Please install/upgrade Silverlight" loop.

 

Follow all the on-screen instructions and then try playing videos again. Let me know the results.

I'm having the same problem when watching a video on xfinitytv.com. This happen on Hawaii Five-0, Goldenboy, Castle, NCIS, and NCIS: Los Angeles. This also happen when I had windows 7. I upgraded my browser maybe this would stop the issue. Any solutions

Hey comcastjoe... Can you explain why, if I go to the creators website and watch it there it plays fine?  The same episode and or movie...
