Channels require subscription in error.

Channels require subscription in error.

I am logged into the xfinity tv go website but all the channels are locked stating I need a subscription. Is this a global error happening? I was able to watch FX an hour ago and now everything is locked. I have a current subscription to all of the locked channels, and am logged into the respective account.

the same thing happened here. I also was never able to get the X1 TV app to connect to my service. I dont want to contact customer service for this.

Same problem here. Just tried to turn on an On Demand show for my daughter that's on Disney Jr. and every episode said Free w/Subscription. But the channel airs just fine. App is the same thing, across all channels that I know I'm subscribed to. Logged into my account to see what I could find out, and I did get a notice that there is an outage in my area, but since my tv and internet work fine, I'm not sure if that's what they're referring to.

You can call the Application Department 877-599-1845, if you describe the problem they can fix it for you.

This is happening to me not only in the Xfinity Apps TV and TV GO but also in the network apps as well.  ABC, CBS, NBC, etc.  I watch all of my programming on my iPad and this is extremely frustrating.  I contacted support and they placed a Tier 2 ticket for app support and stated that there is ongoing maintenance at this time but no estimated resolution time yet.   

There has to be some trigger that was removed in the data that sends upon logging into your account for each of these apps.  

Please let me know if there is any additional insight as this is very frustrating.
