Channel 251 (Boomerang) Not appearing on any of my Xfinity apps? WHY?

I set the DVR to record "The Flintstones" which ais on channel 251 (Bommerang)  for my son before we head out on a trip. The DVR records it and you can clearly see it on the TV. You CANNOT however see it on the phone app or desktop mobile app? This was the whole reason for recording it in the first place!!!! So frustrating. So how can I fix this and why does something so stupid even happen? I see that the entire channel is missing on the mobile apps!!!

Some networks can prevent Comcast from allowing recordings to the Cloud DVR.  I'm not saying that is the case with Boomerang, but it could be a possibility.  I do not have the Boomerang channel in my market, so I wasn't able to test this for you.  Has a recording from Boomerang ever showed on the Cloud DVR?
