Beit, dvr or on demand, the buffering is beyond intolerable.
I have searched high and low for any fix and there is nothing to be found.
I have a top end computer and watching videos on it is not a problem but when it comes to Xfinity X1 and videos...forgetaboutit.

I am also having this issue. It's eating up so much resources that it actually slows my computer down till I close the video, and my computer is also no slacker either...Just started happening today, had no issues when I watch Game of Thrones on Sunday.
Well, I went ahead and tried to watch a dvr'd show last night.
It actually went better than it has of late.
Only 15 times did the stream freeze up.
It lasted anywhere from 10 seconds to a full minute +
Hi Cliffs, I would want to get a tech scheduled to isolate and fix the buffering issues you are experiencing. I will send you a private message to further assist?
PM received and replied to.
I watched The Night Manager On Demand earlier and didn't have any buffer problems at all.
Could it be related to different channels?
Thank you for the update, glad everything is now working for you.
