Cannot watch TV via Internet

Cannot watch TV via Internet

I have installed silverlight and deleted it and reinstalled it.  I found a forum that showed someone else was having the same issue.  I have a Mac.  What do I need to do?

It continues to tell me I need to upgrade and I do.  Then it's idle.  Nothing.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
