Cannot log into services

Cannot log into services

I will try to log into the Xfinity stream app and it says "Access not authorized. You signed in successfully but you must be an XFINITY user to enjoy this service"

 

I will try to start a chat with a rep but when I enter my information, a new box opens saying "Account number required"

 

I will try to log into my account management and I get a page stating "We couldnt sign you into My Account"

 

I had my services set up yesterday with internet and cable working great. But cannot log into any services.

Hi Lianchavda, I can review the username you are using and troubleshoot this further for you, could you please send me a private message with your account information (name on account, address and account number).
