Cannot access recordings or download programs

Cannot access recordings or download programs

At one time I could access my recordings and download programs in the Xfinity To Go app.  Now I can only stream programs and no longer have access to my downloads.
 
The problem is likely due to the fact the device is no longer a registered device.
 
 The app also does not appear to be registered in the Manage Download Device option in the app settings.
 
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  I can sign on successfully sign on but the app did not prompt to register the device.  
 
Is there a way I can force the app to register the device?

Not prompted to register device in Xfinity To GO

I was able to successfully register my Xfinity To Go app.  However after a day the device appears to not be registered.  It is not listed as a registered device in my account settings on the web site.

 

I tried unistalling the app and starting over.  I can log on but the app never prompts me to register the device.

 

Is there a way I can force to app the register my device?
