Cannot Set Recordings through App or Website

Cannot Set Recordings through App or Website

I recently got a DVR, and I am unable to manage my recordings remotely.  The DVR itself works, but the website (http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/dvr) just says "Syncing in Process".

 

On the TV Remote App there is no "record" button for any shows, and if I go to the DVR manager it doesn't show any of my recordings and says my DVR is full.

I have this issue also, anyone have a solution for this?

This is working for me now. I contacted them on Twitter (@ComcastCares).  I am not sure if they fixed it or if it fixed itself (they were still asking me questions when it started working), but for anyone else with issues -- Twitter seems to be a faster way to get a response.
