Cannot Log-In

Cannot Log-In

Can not log in to watch movies or tv shows. Had the ability at onetime. When I go to sign in the screen repeats sign in.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Hello,

Your not the only one having problems with the famous so called new look of the xfinity tv website. The new one is completly useless.
