Can't watch the channels that are part of my package on demand

Can't watch the channels that are part of my package on demand

I have 230 channels on my package and had a new x-1 box installed yesterday. I can watch some channels on demand. I was able to watch showtime because it was a free weenkend(it's part of my package). I can't watch FX, weather channel, HBO because I get the text box "please subscribe" I can't watch it online either because they show with the organdy lock.
I have no problem to watch the channels live. Talked to several people at xfinity. They kept resetting my box, sending signals. The problem persists.
Also if I try to watch a channel on my IPad in my house I get the error message 12012 subscription needed.

Given all the info I don't think the problem is with my x-1dvr but with some coding on my account. Despite asking the Xfinity reps to double check they kept saying my account info and billing are correct. Any suggestions?
