Can't watch or record anything on Xfinity app.

Can't watch or record anything on Xfinity app.

I'm trying to set up my Xfinity TV app so I can record and view programs via my iPhone and iPad. I followed the instructions on Comcast's YouTube page, but nothing works. I never get a "record" option offered--just "watch", which doesn't work either because it says I don't have a subscription. 

Help!

Hi stevetefft -- Can you provide the steps you have taken so far? That way I can see if there's anything missing.
