Can't watch online, get error I need to refresh

The online TV and Move Streaming are not working and it is a disappointment! I just bought a new PC laptop with MS 7 plus all the bells & whistles! It played a few times as did my older Macs that got choppy viewing always. I'm wondering if the comcast equipment we have is out dated technology and if that is the case we should have the newest since we pay so much monthly on SS Disability income? even my iPod can't get TV viewing except for HBO GO! QUE' PASA? Please help us get a solution to this *#(8& mess that's been going on for over a year! I've tried all the online suggestions to no avail ! Thanks, I hope!

comcast equipment has nothing to do with you being able to watch on demand type programming on your pc.   Do you have a high enough speed tier to run this?  have you cleared your cookies and cache?  do you get any errors when trying to watch?  have you tried running the cable direct to your laptop and not wireless.   There are so many things that could be causing this without more info its hard to say.

Our videos no longer use Move Player. Videos either use Silverlight or Flash.

Please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

 

Also, what specific error message are you getting?
