Can't watch DVR from computer

I used to be able to watch shows from my DVR on my computer and tablet. All of the sudden the tab I no longer there. I have tried rebooting everything. (I am on my home network

This works for me:

 

https://tv.xfinity.com/recordings

 

If it doesn't work for you, something is wrong with your account.  Try Comcast customer service.

That's what I was trying to use. The option to watch shows from my DVR is gone...

Are you still unable to watch your DVR recordings on your computer or tablet?
