Can't view videos

I am unable to view shows anymore this messages keeps coming up: "You have reached the maximum of 3 allowed video streams for your household." I tried to delete the devices but it won't allow me. Help?

What error message are you getting when you are clicking Remove?

 

Also, have you tried removing your devices from another device?
