Can't see channels over 99 on Xfinity.com TV listings

Can't see channels over 99 on Xfinity.com TV listings

Recently all channels over 99 disappeared on the online TV listings.  How do I get these back?  I pay for more channels than I see in the listings; I used to be able see these in the listings.  I also lost my favorites.  Nothing happened that I know of that would cause this problem.  Please advise.

Check the "The Website Is Not Displaying Channels Or Is Displaying Incorrect Channels" of the FAQ, Step 6 specifically.

Hello Dan,

 

This link did not help with the problem.  The website shows only channels 001-099 with no filters on and the correct area code when logged in.  I used to be able to see all of the channels I pay for, but now I can't.
