Can't record or access my DVR from website

Can't record or access my DVR from website

Since Comcast's latest upgrade to their website, I can't set my DVR to record from the TV listings anymore, as it's not an option. I also can't access my DVR from their website. I get the following, "Unable to Retrieve Recordings". It's been like this from day 1 of the upgrade. Does anyone have a solution to these?

Same problem here. Is there a link to the Major changes Comcast made to the tv website? Where did they hide My watchlist?

there is a mega-thread about the changeover. http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Xfinity-TV-Website/UPDATE-Announcement-and-feedback-thread-TV-Go-is-now-part-of/td-p/2804996 that outlines the TVGo site being discontinued, replaced by the xFinity TV app (smart device by apple/android) or use of a browser from a desk/laptop computer to https://tv.xfinity.com/

I don't know. I talked to three different Comcast people concerning these and none of them had a solution. They said they had not heard of these problems before. Obviously the problems are real.

do you have the x1 entertainment system or the 2 tuner DVR called 'lagacy'? If legacy you can set a recording using the xFinity TV remote app, as well as have a button on recordings to play on TV (set the 'default' TV first).  If you have the X1 system, the xFinity TV app actually accesses your cloud DVR recordings and allows you to play the recordings on your handheld device (or a web browser).
