Can't play video

Trying to play video from xfinity website. getting this error:

 

There may be something blocking your internet connection to our video playback service.

Please examine the security settings on your browser or operating system.

Please refresh this page in your browser to try again.

Also, If I click the refresh link, then the page just spins and never connects again.
