Can't play shows online

Can't play shows online

I got a pop-up saying to upgrade my silverlight. I went through the tab given and downloaded it but it still keeps popping up that I must upgrade it.  I've re-installed it twice and went through your troubleshooting steps but still nothing.

You are using a very old version of Firefox. Please upgrade your Firefox and then try again.

What version of IE 9 are you using? 32 or 64 bit?

 

Do you have Service Pack 1 installed for Windows 7?
