how do i delete registered devices that we no longer have?
i have two registered ipads, only one of which I still have
and one registered iphone that I no longer have.
so i get no option to remove when I go to manage devices
I CAN ONLY DELETE THE ONE IPAD I HAVE!!!
how do i delete them from another device?
the list is there, but not the option to delete them.
Did you check your device settings on xfinity.com/tv? Check http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/settings and select Manage My Devices. You can also manage devices under settings in the XFINITY TV Go mobile app under settings>Manage Devices.
I've tried both avenues and both on the my settings in xfinity and on the app I just get a list
that gives me no option to delete (except on the one ipad I have).
Can you direct message me with your Comcast ID, device you are trying to delete on (with OS), app version you are using, and any screenshots if you have them.

Try http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/settings while loggedin toyour Main Comcast account and delete the old device from that area.
