Can't access HBO GO despite being a subscriber

This is the message I get when I try to access HBO GO:

This network is not included in your current XFINITY® TV subscription*.

. So just because I don't have an on-demand device I can't make use of HBO Go despite being a paying customer for over a decade?

 

Is there any way around this?

So how do you have an HBO account without a cable box with on demand?

you need to have a subscription to HBO and an hbogo device to access the content, how are you planning on doing it?
