Can't Access Subscriptions

Can't Access Subscriptions

I am paying for Showtime and HBO and cannot watch videos online, it says that I do not have a subscription.

I also cannot watch ESPN 3, which also says that I do not have a subscription.

Please contact Comcast support, it is a coding issue on your account that the CSR needs to fix.
