Can someone from Comcast finally address this issue?

The PC xfinity tv video player skips, cuts out, gets off synch ever since I have used it (since 2013). I have used at least 10 different computers, all with the same result. I can stream about 12 youtube videos at one time with absolutely no issue, yet comcast cant play one video? I researched this issue and found that, not once, did a comcast employee come out and sugest anything other than it being on the customers end. Please someone, explain to me why your development team can't fix a simple issue....
