Can only see TV Guide if I am logged out

Can only see TV Guide if I am logged out

As soon as I login and push to see the guide, I get this message.

 

"An error has occurred, please refresh the page to try again"

Did you clear your browser cache? Which browser/version are you using?



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Try re-entering your zip code while signed in even if the correct one is shown. This should refresh your TV listings.

Also, what web browser and version are you using? We are seeing that other people are seeing this same issue and we would like to further investigate.

My tv listings page loads then disappears to a white screen  in 2 seconds or less.  There's no time to change my zip code or anything else.

What operating system and web browser are you using? I would like to further look into this.
