Can only control one of two cable boxes using the XfinityTV Remote App

I used to have one cable box, and the remote app worked great on my iPad and my iPhone. I recently moved and got a second box, kept the old one. Now the app only works on the newer one. I tried reinstalling the app, nothing. I turned off the cable box and back on, nothing.

When I go into my online account and test the boxes, the name shows on the newer one, but not on the older one.

Could you please help me?
