Currently 95% of cable channells are showing Free w/ Subscription

Comcast number doesn't work

XFINITY does only to go directly to hold, still on hold going on THREE HOURS

.This must be because of the pay for view fight,

All customers should be given Free w/ Subscription at no charge for at least three months

Comcast should have a bullitin board detqiling situation.

T spend $150.00 per month for 24/7 service

The Comcast/Xfinity cable TV service is out; yet on the internet Comcast advertises you should use PPV to watch the fight. How deep in the dark s**t head stupid can they get? Mine has been out more that 8 hours now.  Send email to Tom Karinshak who claims to be in charge of "Customer Experience" (whatever that means) at Comcast/Finity.  The guy is at least 99 watts short of a full light bulb.  He has a "letter" on the Comcast i-net, yet provides no phone number at which to contact him, nor a mail address either.  I've sent email to him before ~ never a reply.  The big problem is that they never explain the outage(s). I've been told that it's because Comcast really doesn't GAS.  They just dabble in "Customer Relations/Service" for appearances with no intent to recompense customers for outages.
