CS Agent Please!

CS Agent Please!

Trying to contact Comcast/Xfinity, whatever, to ask info about our 2 dvrs. I keep seeing that there is an outage and it keeps from getting to an agent. We do not have an outage and all services are working fine. How do I get an agent!!??
