I am unable, after many weeks of viewing, to see CNN liveTV from a remote computer.  What is the deal?

By remote computer, do you mean that you're trying to watch the CNN TV Go stream? I'm checking to see if we have any outage tickets for that stream.

Yes, I am at my office, not at my home....I ALWAYS watch CNN, have for weeks and for the past few days......I get the error message and it won't show CNN anymore?

Hi Kat

 

A couple users have reported this behavior, so we've opened a ticket for investigation. So far it's intermittent, but hopefully our video operations team can track it down quickly. Thanks for confirming!
