Bufferring

Hello,

I have been having issues with TV shows and movies via internet buffering. Can you please advise what is going on?

Also having issues watching on-demand shows - all of the shows I am selecting are unavailable.

I am also having this issue. I am very frustrated and it is unclear where to go to get assistance. I cannot play any videos online, they just say "buffering" with a black screen. I updated my flash player, reset my connection, rebooted my computer and tried 3 browers... same problem. what the heck.

 

worked fine last night! I am very frustrated.

This is a common problem.  There are many other threads where people complain about the buffering problem.  I've yet to see a single solution from Comcast staff.

 

You *might* try a different browser, though I've tried several and none solves the problem.

Having the same issues, on Firefox, Chrome, and IE.  Have cleared cache, flash, and silverlight... this is aggravating!!
