Broken TV Listings

I've done everything suggested in the FAQ section but I've gotten this for 2+ days...

"Sorry, that didn't go as planned.

We're working to fix this problem and hope to have it solved very soon. Please try back at a later time."

Even changing of zipcode seems broken, but it is set to my proper zip. Also, changes in settings don't work.

Thanks, I use this and it's bad to see it broken...

Re: Broken TV Listings

I have not been able to view TV Listings online for over a week.

This is the error message i get:

"An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #97.68e1ab8.1429206802.f5ecdbf "

I am using the latest version of Internet Explorer 11.0.18

Re: Broken TV Listings

I've been getting the same using up-to-date Chrome and Safari under OSX.

Re: Broken TV Listings

Since they have no desire to fix it, I have found that when the error msg appears if i refresh the page the listings finally show up after a bit of a wait for them to load.

Re: Broken TV Listings

I having been having trouble for several weeks now -- the DVR Manager web listings loading very slowly, not loading, giving error msgs similar to the one posted earlier, and occasionally freezing my browser (Firefox).  Usually late at night, the only time I ever log on. It's annoying as all get out, and I wonder if Comcast is addressing the issue.

I can usually eventually get the listings, but I waste a lot of time in the process.
