Brand new iMac can't play

Brand new iMac can't play

Brand new iMac, worked fine for the first week, then starting yesterday, any attempt to play any program results in "Please refresh" with 900|3315.1000058 (Safari)

 

Firefox gives "Currently unavailable 422" whether in native Mmac or Windows/8.1/Parallels

 

My old MacBook is still showing programs and movies fine.
