Black Sails Episode 7

Black Sails Episode 7

In Black Sails Episode 7 online, the audio appears distorted at the beginning and then cuts out completely a minute after the show starts. Episode 7 only, viewing online, tried several times at both qualities, video probably needs to be reuploaded. Not having any issues with any other show on demand online. Please Help!

C'mon Comcast, how long does it take to get a new file with working audio? At least communicate with your customers so you don't look completely useless.

Thank you for reporting the issue with this episode. We are aware of the problem and have requested a new version. Unfortunately, it can take a few days to have the episode replaced. We appreciate your patience as we get this rectified.

Will your merger with Time Warner speed up this process? Because so far, the speed and quality of your customer service is not worthy of more business.

Umm... no it's NOT. All episodes are available EXCEPT episode VII online. What gives? Why pay Comcast in part for online viewing when I can't watch all the episodes that are supposed to be available? This is terrible support, guys. Terrible.
