BigTen Network - Error #634

BigTen Network - Error #634

I am currently getting error #634 on the BigTen Network, I have refreshed and restarted with no change. Espn and disney both work just fine but the BigTen, pac12, cnn, and hln all get error #634. I am current missing the game and need this resolved. Please don't tell me to restart, reinstall, or change browsers because as you probably know those won't work, my software/computer are function normally (proof is the fact that espn and disney work) my frustration level is already 10/10

The issue you are having is with the Silverlight Player; ESPN and Disney use Flash Player.

 

I tested all the Silverlight live streams (Pac-12, BTN, CNN, etc.) and found no issues. There must be a conflict with Silverlight and your computer or browser.

 

Does it work in any other browsers besides Chrome?

 

Also, have you tried uninstalling and re-installing Silverlight?

Wrong it still shows Error code 634 when uninstall & reinstall , to help your customers out Xfinity is now available on the BTN2go App for smartphones & I pads & the BTN2go website http://www.btn2go.com/btn2go/ it runs great. for CNN thats another issue.
