I'm getting the following error message when trying to play -Big Love- season 5 episode 10. can you please fix?

I am having the exact same problem tonight with Big Love, Season 5, episode 10.  This is the very last episode of the series -- I've watched 5 seasons in the last two weeks and to not be able to see the end is frustrating. Any help you can provide is appreciated.
