Anyplay "no streamer found" Who to call?

I am unable to get anyplay to work and have spent at least 8 hours with CS trying to fix it (includes a 1.5 hour visit to my home from someone who knew nothing about the device).  I have the correct account settings (at least 3 reps) and have both white lights.  I've accessed the device by IP address and it says that everything is working.  When I open the app on my IPAD, I get a "no streamer found" message.

I've spoken with TV as well as internet support (including signature) and half of the reps have never heard of it.

Where do I call to get help with this? I'm in Nashville.
