I've been streaming Xfinity TN successfully for months now on my 2008 MacBook running macOS 10.11.6 using the Maxthon 5 browser, which is the only browser that will display full screen Flash video without stuttering.
Last week I started getting the annoying message (below) about clearing my cache. I tried clearing my cache. I tried clearing everything. I uninstalled Maxthon and all its components and then reinstalled. Still the same message. I have no issues streaming Flash at other sites such as ESPN.
Interestingly, my iMac running macOS 10.12.6 and the Maxthon 5 browser is working fine with Xfinity streaming.
So...could someone there at Comcast please test the Maxthon 5 browser on a Mac running 10.11.6 (El Capitan) and figure out why it isn't working?

Spoke with someone in first level support. He suggested I also clear my Safari cache. After clearing both Safari cache and Maxthon 5 cache and restarting, same result.
I too have been getting the same error code! Has there been any headway into fixing this problem?
