Android Xfinity App / stopped recognizing set tops

Android Xfinity App / stopped recognizing set tops. It was working perfectly but now indicates no available boxes.

I have emptied the cache from the app and Also reset it. And nothing. Also powered off set top box and router to see if that helps but again, nothing.

I'm having the same problem.  3 PA pr150bnm X1 boxes.  The app had been working fine until last week.  Now it won't recognize any of the boxes.  Just says no compatible devices.  Router has been reset and the boxes all power cycled.  Called into support to the send the automated refresh signal to the boxes, and nothing happened.  None of the boxes got refreshed.  App version is 1.6.2.001 is running on Android 4.1.2, although the same problem occurs on another android 4.3 installation as well as an iphone installation
