All of our channels are locked online when we go to watch them

All of our channels are locked online when we go to watch them

Our account is paid up - however all of our channels, including local channels, are showing up as locked and not part of our subscription (like ABC, etc), even though they have been as early as yesterday.

 

Doesn't make any sense...

Same here. We pay for a service that we can not use. We do not receive on demand thru cable in our area therefore locked out of most online programming. This is a supposed free service. Tactic for Comcast to get us to pay additonal monthly fee for another piece of equipment. (DVR) Don't think so, unless they furnish at no addional cost due to failure to supply customer with paid services.
