I've got one of the cheap DragonTouch tablets and I think, out of the hundreds of Android device/OS variations, it is not one that's fully supported. 

 

It did work up to a couple of days ago, however. I frequently had to "Change household" to get it going but it worked. 

 

Yesterday the total failure began. Not able to log in to my account. Spinning "Adding device".

 

The weird thing is that three random times I got to the Device Name screen and it was pre-populated with what I'm sure is some other account holder's device name…a different one each time. Subsequently, I could see a different channel lineup than mine and I could see what the other user had viewed! Security issue??!!! Of course, I was unable to watch anything.

 

After a time on the phone to various Comcast support people I'm supposed to get a callback in the next few days.
