Accessing movies from premium channels

I have all the premium channels in my package but for some reason when I attempt to watch one on-line I get a key symbol indicating that it does not recognize that I am a subscriber to that channel and it will not let me play the movie.

clear cache, clear cookies, try to reinstall silver light, update flash.  restart pc.  If none of that works call comcast tomorrow as your account is not coded correctly  also dont use ie9 as stated on this forum

Comcast is telling us not to use IE-9.0 because there is a problem on their end on getting videos to work in it?  Why should we have to download another browser on to our computers? Shouldn't Comcast get on the ball and figure out what the problem is in IE-9.0, already?  I've never had a problem with IE-9.0 until I tried to watch videos through Comcast.

some people have issues, I use ie9 and have no problems watching videos with it.
