ANYPLAY NO LONGER WORKS!!

ANYPLAY NO LONGER WORKS!!

Ever since Android updated to 4.4 KitKat AnyPlay no longer works! This has been going on now for a couple of months. I have emailed support and reported the issue many times and I have seen that others have as well. This is ridiculous and absolutely criminal that Comcast will not upgrade this PAID SERVICE to work! Comcast continues to take my money for the device that cannot be used! I want to know what Comcast is going to do about resolving this? Again this is criminal! No one responds to the issue, it is simply being ignored.  I would appreciate an answer before I make a formal complaint to the FTC!

Hi.  I'm sorry to hear about your issue.  Can you provide more details on "no longer works?"  Are you able to open the app?  Can you provide the following information:

 

1. Device make, model 
2. OS (name, version) 
3. The version of the app installed.
4.Screenshots wherever applicable.
5. Exact steps to replicate this issue.
6. Comcast ID

I have the same issue after Google updated Android OS to version 4.4 (aka KitKat). It still works only iPad. Basically, the app fails to start and says "Unfortunately the AnyPlay has failed to start."
