A Lot of Networks Giving Me the Key Symbol

A Lot of Networks Giving Me the Key Symbol

I've logged in and several networks are saying I need to subscribe to see any shows (Discovery, TruTV, E!, etc.).  As I just accessed the same stuff last week (and my subscription includes these channels), I'm wondering what's going on.  Is this a known glitch today or something?

Try deleting your cookies and cache and then try again. Let me know if it works.

No change.  Using a different browser doesn't work either.

Try going here and deactivate all of your devices then try watching videos again:

I'd try that, but that page refuses to load in IE or Firefox.  Not experiencing any connection problems with all the other pages I have open, so no clue why that one isn't working.

Hmmmm, I am having the same issue.

Go here instead and click the "Manage my Devices" button to get to that page. That is working for me.

Cleared all devices, cleared cache and cookies again -- still finding the key in the same places using both browsers.

Re: A Lot of Networks Giving Me the Key Symbol

I am having the same problem. I first used Xfinity TV online on Thursday, Jan 27, 2012 to watch an HBO series. On Friday, Jan 28 I started receiving the key symbol too - "HBO subscription required".

I also show the key on just about everything.

I don't know what changed between Thursday and Friday, but I do have a trouble ticket open...just waiting now.

Are these channels working on your TV?

Is your Comcast.net e-mail address the same as your username?
