4007 error playing any video

I'm getting a 4007 error when I try to play any video using the xfinity appmformthe iPad. Any ideas?

This is happening on all my iPad devices as well as on my iPhone.

the only thing you can do is clear cache clear cookies, go to the app in the settings menu and clear all data in there, then restart your apple device, but if its not working on any devices all of a sudden its probably just a mess up at comcasts office that will correct itself.

Looks like like message board got lit up right after I posted. Must be a problem on Comcast's end.

I'm receiving the same 4007 message on the ipad app for shows that was just working 20 minutes ago. Please help

like I posted earlier this is probably just a hiccup on comcasts end there is nothing to be done until they correct the issue.

Hello All, we are aware of this issue which relates to a authorization problem. Our engineers are currently working on resolving it.

 

Videos should be playing for most folks currently but there might be some intermittent issues.

I also can't play any videos today on the iPad and receive a 4007 error instead.

I also received this issue when playing the Friday Night Lights series. 

I was determinedtot watch all 5 seasons in one sitting. Lol
