2nd modem has gone off line and will not re-connect

2nd modem has gone off line and will not re-connect

I have 2 tv modems -- one downstairs, one upstairs.  The upstairs unit turns on, shows the selected channel but posts a note saying the channel is not authorized.  This is showing on all channels. The downstairs unit is working properly. What do I need to do to correct?

Not sure this is related to your problem, but I have 3 boxes, one main unit (with On Demand) and two smaller boxes that do not get OnDemand. Last Tuesday both the smaller units went out and went out (apparently simultaneously) and gave me nothing but a message saying that they could not connect. The main unit operated normally. Nothing I could do would work, and the folks on the phone were.... no particularly helpful. A tech came out today and could find nothing wrong, but the two little boxes simply would not work. He replaced both with different units and they work. It's bad when none of the tech people can figure out what was wrong. But at least now it works. I wish you luck.

Casey, you need to call in to get your box re- initialized and gave them double check the rates on your account.
