2 out of five boxes not unsuable with Xfinity TV remote app

This isn't a major issue really, I can certainly live with it as all other functionality seems to be intact. And after a nightmare of an ordeal surronding our upgrade I'm just not willing to stand in line for an exchange at this point.  Though I am curious as to why 2 of my boxes aren't usuable within the app. 3 of the boxes are identical (DCT3412 I)  two are different.  The confusing part is that the problem is with two of the identaical boxes. Only one of the DCT3412 I boxes shows up within the app. And two that can't be used in the remote app also can't be set as default DVRs.  

 

Any insight would be helpful?
