2 DVR's only 1 is recognized on mobile app

2 DVR's only 1 is recognized on mobile app

I had 2 new DVR's installed today.  I previously was able to access both on my iPhone.  Now I can only access one of them.  How can I add the 2nd DVR to my mobile device?
