2/1/12: XfinityTV webpage won't load.

I'm trying to access XfinityTV on my laptop for the first time, but every time I go to the "TV" section of the webpage, it's just a plain grey screen. It's fully loaded, but there's nothing on the page. Does anybody else experience this, or have any hints on how to get around it? Thanks!

Do you have another pc you can try it on.   Make sure your not using IE9 some people are having issues, try using firefox or google chrome.  Look for this post to be moved as you posted in the mobile app thread.

This is a known issue that our team is working on now.

 

I will update this thread when I have an update.

Thanks, and sorry for posting in the wrong place; I didn't even see it, haha. I'm using a Mac, does that make any difference? I'm also using Safari, but I just downloaded GoogleChrome and the same error occurred. The page loads completely, there's just nothing on it.
