x1 not communicating

x1 not communicating

I have been getting error messages and certain funtions do not work on my secondary boxes.  The main box works fine but  apparently is not "communicating" to the other ones.  I have had countless calls trying the same "solutions", 2 different tecnician visits, filters replaced  new boxes sent, all to no avail. Its like groundhogs day every time I call.  My frustartion level is high.  Can anyone help?

Re: x1 not communicating

I see there’s no moca communication, there’s nothing that can be done remotely though, it can only be repaired by on an onsite tech. They’re going to have to track down the individualcable or possibly get you wireless boxes if they can’t.
Being in an apartment, you’re depending on the building wiring.

What boxes were swapped?
